Application Process
Submit a hard copy application. These are available in our front office. Please complete an application for each child.
Attend a campus tour and interview with our principal. We will contact you to schedule the tour and interview once your application has been processed.
Please send the school the following items at your earliest convenience:
- Copy of Birth Certificate
- Copy of Baptismal Certificate (Catholic Students)
- Copy of immunization records
- Copy of most recent report card
- Letter of recommendation from a teacher, clergy member, or other non-relative
- A photo of the applicant

Student Visitation and Assessment (Shadow Day) - After we have processed your completed application, we will contact you via email to arrange a date.
Please note that are always accepting applications. In the event that a certain grade level is full, you and your family will apply to our waitlist.
Communications: We ask parents to please provide a reliable email address that is checked by you frequently, as email has proven to be an incredible resource that is both a quick and efficient way to answer your questions, and to send confirmations and reminder notices throughout the admissions process. Should your email address change, please be sure to stop by to inform the school office or call 310.456.8071, so that we may update your file.
Facts Management Company
At Our Lady of Malibu School, we are constantly looking for ways to concentrate our available human and financial resources on our primary mission of quality Catholic education. To help us meet this goal we co-source through FACTS Management Company to handle tuition payments and incidental fees.
Our research indicates significant benefits to school staff and school families, including convenience, flexibility, and secure online access to individual account information.
A Sensible Plan
FACTS is not a loan program, so no debt is incurred and no credit check is conducted. The monthly and or annual tuition payment(s) will be handled by Automatic Bank Payment (ACH). ACH payments are those payments you have authorized FACTS to process directly through your financial institution. It is simply a bank-to-bank transfer of funds that you have pre-approved from either your checking or savings account on the 5th or 20th of each month. FACTS does accept credit cards for payments with a fee for each transaction.
Payment Plan Options
Tuition can either be paid in full before the start of the year or monthly throughout the year. Payment is submitted using FACTS regardless of chosen schedule. If paying monthly, these payments will be automatically deducted from your checking or savings on the 5th or 20th of the month, July through April, through FACTS.
Convenient Online Enrollment
We will utilize the FACTS Payment Plan site for enrolling in FACTS for scheduled tuition payments. Click on the FACTS link below to access the FACTS Payment Plan website. Enrolling online is simple and secure.
